NSW NORTH COAST JOBS IS A JOB BOARD DEDICATED TO EMPLOYERS AND JOB SEEKERS ON THE NSW NORTH COAST.

Our founder, has been involved in the recruitment industry since 1993, managing some very large professional Recruitment firms both locally and Internationally.

Recently Australia’s largest job board raised their prices substantially which is ridiculous given we have just been through COVID.

Recruitment is already hard enough for SME’s as the job boards just funnel hundreds of people through to your email address. Then comes the painful process of filtering through the avalanche of applications looking for those that “might” meet the selection criteria. This makes the recruitment of new people even harder for the Small – Medium Enterprises of the NSW North Coast.

So being the solutions based person that our founder is and residing on the NSW Mid North Coast, we decided to build a job board specifically for the NSW North Coast (which is anything from Newcastle to Tweed).

More importantly as we emerge from COVID-19 and having a passion for Small-Medium business, we wanted to make it FREE for Small to Medium Businesses – and that is exactly what we have done.
